FIELD: high-speed propulsion of solid bodies. SUBSTANCE: a composite charge, containing a light explosive with a hydrogen content of not below 5% by weight and a charge of heavy explosive with a density of 3.13 g/cu.cm, is placed in a hollow cylindrical charge of high-power explosive. A primer detonator with a lens is placed on the end. The propelled metal disk picks up speed in a short steel barrel. The ratio of velocities of detonation of the high-power explosive and composite charge is 1:0.7 to 0.8. The diameters of the composite charge, high-power explosive and the booster length equal 1.5 to 3.0d, 5 to 7d and 7 to 9d, respectively, where d - diameter of the propelled disk. The whole booster can be placed in a metal shell. The propelled disk can be positioned inside the light explosive at a depth at which destruction of the Mach disk in the charge central part is not started. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 1 dwg
