TUYERE DEVICE FOR FEEDING OF GASES IN A HEAT INSTALLATION AND A METHOD OF ITS MOUNTING Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2244019 C1

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of metallurgy, in particular, with designs of furnaces for production of non-ferrous metals. The technical result is an increase of service life of the tuyere device and duration of the furnace operation, decrease of exhaust of aggressive gases in an aerosphere of a shop, simplification of installation and dismantle of the tuyere device and decrease of costs of its production. The tuyere device contains an installed in the lining of the heat installation lance made in the form of a metal body, inside which a pipe coming out of the lower and the upper parts of the body and used for feeding of gases. A protective refractory block is installed on the outer side the pipe coming out of the lower part of the body. A shell with a flange, which is fused to an additional flange placed on the upper part of the body, are installed on the outer side of the lance body. The body is made in the form of a truncated cone, on the outer surface of which there are ribs. The pipe for feeding of gases is placed coaxially to the body. The shell is hermetically fused to a jacket of the heat installation. For a realization of the tuyere device operation a method of its mounting in the heat installation is offered.

EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased service life of the tuyere device and duration of the furnace operation, decreased exhaust of aggressive gases in an aerosphere of a shop, simplification of installation and dismantle of the tuyere device and decrease of costs of its production.
