AIR-IONIZING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2244575 C2

FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has insulators having wire conductor electrically connected to negative high voltage source pole. Holders having holes are stringed on the wire conductor. One or several needles is/are fixed in each holder. One needle end is ear allowing each needle ear to make electric contact with the wire conductor. The device according to another embodiment of the invention has high voltage source having wire conductors electrically connected to negative high voltage source pole. Holders having holes are stringed on the wire conductors. One or several needles is/are fixed in each holder. One needle end is shaped as ear allowing each needle ear to make electric contact with a wire conductor. Holders according to both embodiments are manufactured from dielectric or conducting material.

EFFECT: optimum mode selected for producing given ion concentration in given room area.
