ROTARY-TYPE DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURE OF THE ARTICLES OUT OF THE PLASTICS BY THE DIRECT PRESSURE Russian patent published in 2007 - IPC B29C33/44 B29C43/42 B29C43/50 B29C45/44

Abstract RU 2295441 C2

FIELD: chemical industry; other industries; the rotary type devices for manufacture of the articles out of the plastics using the direct pressing (molding).

SUBSTANCE: the present invention is pertaining to the rotary-type device for manufacture of the articles out of the plastics by means of the direct pressing (molding). The technical result of the stated invention is conservation of the article integrity at molding of the hollow articles with their undercuts and lugs at removal from the molding top die. The invention presents the device for manufacture of the hollow articles out of the plastics and having the undercuts. The stated device contains at least one block of the direct molding. The indicated block consists of the upper enveloping part of the mould, which one contains the top die, and the lower enveloping part of the mould, which one is aligned along the vertical shaft with the upper enveloping part of the mould. The block also contains the tool for making the indicated parts of the mould moving between the telescoped position, in which the plastics batch sufficient for molding of the article is introduced into the lower enveloping part of the mould, and between the mutually adjacent position, in which exercise the direct molding of the article. At that the indicated enveloping part of the mold contains the top die, which is made with capability of slipping inside the sleeve forming the extractor interacting with the indicated top die in removing the indicated molded article, when the indicated parts of the mold are in the pointed telescoped position. The stated device also contains the tube, which is made capable to slip in the indicated sleeve, the coupling rod of which is arranged along the shaft inside of the indicated tube. At that the indicated tube has the end section supplied with the distributed along the angle seats, in which there are the appropriate rocking components making turning movement in the radial planes. At that the indicated rocking components on the exterior side have pits, which form is adding to the form of the indicated seats. At that the indicated coupling rod at closing the mould makes (relocates) the indicated rocking components into the exterior position, in which they form together with the indicated end section of the tube the top die for molding of the indicated articles. During the mould opening the indicated coupling rod makes the indicated components to relocate into the internal position, in which the indicated seats are coming out of the indicated pits, that allows the indicated extractor to take off the indicated articles from the indicated top die.

EFFECT: the invention ensures conservation of the article integrity at molding of the hollow articles with their undercuts and lugs at their removal from the molding top die.
