FIELD: production of items out of thin paper sheet or similar materials.
SUBSTANCE: the offered device contains an extruding block with at least two rollers. At that one roller is a pay-out roller and another one is an extrusion-type roller. At that the extrusion-type roller contains a shaft and at least one bearing unit located on the shaft. The extrusion-type roller also contains at least two segments located on it and supplied with the extruding elements. The extrusion-type roller is loaded with pressure through the bearing unit located on the shaft. At that the bearing unit is located between the two segments. The offered device allows to reach a high degree of adherence of layers of a multilayer product made out of a thin paper sheet. Besides the adherence of the layers may be produced only with the help of a decorative stamping. The device also makes it possible to apply the decorative stamping on a band of a material of 2800 mm wide and more. The extrusion-type roller may be easily and quickly substituted. This way it is possible to make different decorative stamping with the help of simple substitution of the extrusion-type roller without large costs of installation works.
