FIELD: production of the solid fuel engines for rockets of different class and other items.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device for mixing of components of explosives and molding of items out of the mix. The invention may be used for industrial production of solid-fuel engines for different class rockets, blasting powder gas generators, blasting powder accumulators of pressure of boreholes, etc. The device contains an upper mixer, a vacuum mixer and a vacuum chamber. In the offered device on the outlet part of the endless screw of the upper mixer there is a detachable cartridge fixed to the vacuum chamber by a tight connection with a capability of an axial movement, and with the body of the upper mixer - by a quick-detachable bayonet gate with a drive. The demountable cartridge has the drive of the axial movement with the help of rods. At that the drive is made in the form of a hydraulic cylinder with a rod located coaxially to the upper mixer on the side of the detachable cartridge. The drive of motion of the detachable cartridge is supplied with a stop insert with the drive. The insert is interacting with a rod of the hydraulic cylinder and is mounted with capability of motion in the plane of location of the hydraulic cylinder rod and perpendicularly to it. The rod of the hydraulic cylinder is supplied with a stopper plug located on its butt. The invention ensures safety of operation of the device by automation of process of its disassembly.
