SUBSTANCE: proposed sensor has sensitive element (1) to which detection and excitation electrodes (8) are connected and conducting rods (6); said conducting rods are connected with electrodes (8); sensor is also provided with protective housing (4) where sensitive element (1) and electrodes (8) are arranged; it is provided with insulators (7) for conducting rods (6) and support members located between sensitive element (1) and electrodes (8) and housing (3;4) conducting rods (6) which are elastically deformable are used as support members.
EFFECT: enhanced stability.
