FIELD: measuring technology; gyroscopic instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in orientation, navigation and control systems. The solid-state wave gyroscope contains a sealed metal flange with mounting and connecting elements, enclosed by a casing. In the internal sealed volume of the sealed flange, a quartz assembly is placed, including a hemispherocylindrical resonator, which is attached through supports fixed on a collet welded with a crown to the quartz base. A getter pump is also placed in the inner cavity. The sealed flange on the inside has mounting pads and clamping elastic elements for installation using a clamping ring and the quartz base. The quartz base has a spherocylindrical surface, with a conductive coating, on which local control electrodes, balancing electrodes, measurement electrodes are cut, between which two screens are applied. Conductive tracks are applied on the base, going from the electrodes and screens through the through holes to the corresponding contact pads. The sealed flange is equipped with sealing outlets that provide electrical connection with the electrodes, screens, resonator and getter pump, as well as a shaft assembly for pumping air. An electronic circuit board is installed in the non-sealed volume of the device.

EFFECT: increase of the accuracy of the claimed gyroscope, the manufacturability of the assembly, as well as a decrease of effect of external influences.
