SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes vessel with vertically oriented symmetry axis and with possibility of rotation around said axis. Inner surface of vessel bottom is concave one and it has third-order generatrix. Ball is arranged on bottom of vessel. Inner surface of vessel bottom is surface of revolution with generatrix z = as3 where z - distance along symmetry axis measured from inner surface of vessel bottom inside vessel; s - distance from symmetry axis; a - constant coefficient. Vessel has cylindrical bead and it is mounted in vertical shaft of motor.
EFFECT: possibility for demonstrating simultaneous existence of two equilibrium positions of planet core and pulsar.
