FIELD: fire-fighting equipment, particularly to suppress fire in train including at least one carriage or fire in tunnel.
SUBSTANCE: fire-extinguishing plant comprises spray heads, pressure source to supply fire-extinguishing medium through pipeline system for spray heads actuation. Number of spray heads is less than summary number of spray heads actuated in correspondence with fire location in object to be protected. Pressure source includes pumping facility with pump, which creates increased pressure to supply and inject fire-extinguishing medium in actuated spray head. Pumping facility comprises control means providing increase of fire-extinguishing flow from pumping facility as a number of opened spray heads increases. Control means 52, 53 increases fire-extinguishing flow from pumping facility 50, 51 to fix operative pumping facility output.
EFFECT: increased pressure of fire-extinguishing medium discharged from acting spray heads only when some of spray heads are opened.
