FIELD: explosives.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises preparing viscous-liquid and powdered components, measuring out viscous-liquid components into mixer, measuring out powdered components into mixer portionwise, and mixing each portion of powdered components with viscous-liquid components, while simultaneously controlling loadings on the drive of mixer agitators. When preparing powdered components, they are packed up by portions according to dispersity of particles, during which operation fine particles are separated from coarse ones. When measuring out powdered components, first coarse-grain component portions and then fine-grain ones are measured out. Final mixing is effected until minimal stable loadings on the drive of mixer agitators as well as stabilization of their value deviations are attained.
EFFECT: improved mixingquality control and excluded scattering of finished product characteristics.
