SUBSTANCE: invention relates to synthesis of new C-nitroso-group-containing chemical compound. Invention describes a new chemical compound 2,6-bis-(dimethylaminomethylene)-4-nitrosocyclohexa-2,5-diene-4-one of the formula: 
. Invention provides synthesis of new chemical compound that can be used as an intermediate substance in synthesis of dyes, antioxidants, stabilizing agents and radical traps and as additive to electrolyte for electric precipitation of covers with alloy nickel-phosphorus in using as the phosphorus compound as a phosphorus source with oxidation degree (+5).
