FIELD: production of aluminum using electrolyzer.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the field of electrowinning of aluminum and may be used in expert system of aluminum production. The methods provides for monitoring operational fluctuations in the aluminum electrolyzer functioning. First they measure the operational parameters, average them over and to define the given range of values for them. Calculate a numerical weight of consequences of the possible operational violations of the electrolyzer functions. Define daily values of deviations of the operational parameters, check them for trustworthiness before averaging them, normalize them. Calculate a numerical value of a degree of weight of operational violations by means of Fazzi logic. Reveal operational violations of separate subsystems of the electrolyzer: the anodic device, an inter-electrode space and the cathodic device. Evaluate ability of separate subsystems and the electrolyzer as a whole to perform its functions. The invention allows to reveal in time operational violations and to eliminate them, that ensures an increase of technical-and-economic indexes of the electrolysis process.
EFFECT: the invention ensures an increase of technical-and-economic indexes of the electrolysis process.
