FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the control method of aluminium electrolysis technological process for stabilisation of thermal power mode of electrolyser. In control method for receiving the maximum current output the electrolyte temperature tel is maintained, as well as electrolyte heating tsh and surplus of Al2F3 in electrolyte close to optimum values. Because of presence of strong mutual influence of specified parameters on each other, the strategy of electrolyser control consists in calculation of the following electrolysis corrections, namely, number value of additive to the voltage setpoint and number value of aluminium fluoride additive to the base dose, which, when made together, will bring the condition of electrolyser to optimum zone from any area of parameters space.
EFFECT: improves technical and economic indices of electrolysis by maintenance of optimum condition of electrolyser, which allows to work with maximum output by current.
