FIELD: pipeline transport.

SUBSTANCE: device has hollow cylindrical housing with flexible inflatable seal, means for closing, central by-pass member, source of compressed gas source, screw blades arranged along the axis of the housing, power source, control unit, and distributing apparatus. The flexible inflatable seal and means for closing are made in block and made of outer cylindrical flexible flanged shell which forms closed ring space together with the housing filled, e.g., with fluid to be pumped. The compressed gas source is made of fluid-pressure separator whose hydraulic space is connected with the ring space. The central by-pass member is provided with an additional closure member with an autonomous drive. The device is provided with a tank for fluid, pump with electrical drive, hydraulic lines, and electrical gas distributor connected with the hydraulic space and ring space through a valve. The device moves inside the pipe line due to the energy of flow of fluid to be pumped. The device stops and is locked inside the pipeline by supplying fluid in the closed ring space.
