FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: hydraulic drive of the movable press beam comprises working and return hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic control valves of control, tank of filling up, pressure head and drain hydraulic lines, hydropneumatic accumulator. The fluid cavity of the accumulator is connected to low pressure hydraulic line and with the output channel of a three-line two-way hydraulic control valve. The input duct of the latter is connected to the hydraulic line of high-pressure fluid input, and executive channel and control spring cavity are connected to the working cavity of working hydraulic cylinder. In the control cavity of the hydraulic control valve opposite to spring cavity and connected with drain hydraulic line, the bellows tank with liquid filler is installed. Its internal space is connected with the internal space of the bellows tank installed in the cavity of die tooling. The named tank contacts with the back of the thruster, the liner 29 of which falls outside the working surface of die tooling for contact with the body of piercer or preform.
EFFECT: level and period of action of dynamic loads occurring at sudden disappearing of working load are decreased, and the possibility of crossbar speed regulation is ensured.
