FIELD: medicine, cardiology.
SUBSTANCE: in patient's blood serum one should detect enzymes of creatine kinase - MB (CK-MB), total creatine kinase (total CK), total lactate dehydrogenase (total LDG), the level of alpha-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (alpha-HDBG) to calculate coefficients of cardiospecific enzymes (Ccse-1, Ccse-2, Ccse-3) by the following formulas: Ccse-1 = (total LDG - CK-MB)/(total LDG + CK-MB); Ccse-2 = (total LDG - alpha-HDBG)/(total LDG + alpha-HDBG); Ccse-3 = (total CK - CK-MB)/(total CK + CK-MB). At Ccse-1 = 0.9 and below, Ccse-2 = 0.61 and below and Ccse-3 = 0.5 and below one should diagnose acute myocarditis. The innovation suggested enables to increase specificity and accuracy of diagnostics.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics.
