FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine and can be used in assessing the physiological state of organism of chickens by biochemical parametres of blood. The method consists in determining the values of aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase and determination of the ratio value of aspartate aminotransferase to alanine aminotransferase value. In addition, the values of lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase are determined. Next, the ratio of aspartate aminotransferase values to the value of lactate dehydrogenase and ratio values of creatine kinase to the value of lactate dehydrogenase are determined. Assessing the state of organism of chickens is carried out according to the sum of the ratios values of aspartate aminotransferase to the value of alanine aminotransferase, ratio of aspartate aminotransferase value to the value of lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase value to the value of lactate dehydrogenase. At that at the value of the sum of exponents less than 20 an anabolic type of enzymemia is judged, and at the value of the amount above 30 the type of catabolic enzymemia is judged.
EFFECT: method enables to assess with a high degree of accuracy the state of metabolism in organism of chickens by taking into account the metabolic relationships of aerobic and anaerobic oxidation processes.
