METHOD FOR IMMUNOLOGICAL PREDICTION OF SMALL MYOCARDIAL DAMAGE Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC G01N33/50

Abstract RU 2585391 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to cardiology, and can be used for early immunological prediction of minor myocardial injuries (MPM) in postoperative period after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and stenting coronary arteries in patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD). For this purpose, by biochemical blood serum testing for troponin T, creatine phosphokinase-MB, myoglobin: on 1st day after percutaneous coronary intervention and stenting coronary arteries in patients with stable IHD determining clinical-biochemical changes of indicators in blood serum. At level of content of troponin T 0-0.030 ng/ml, CPK-MB 0.10-4.94 ng/ml, myoglobin 25.0-72.0 ng/ml, favourable clinical course of postoperative period without development of small myocardial injuries is predicted. At level of content of troponin T 0.031-0.090 ng/ml, CPK-MB 4.95-14.82 ng/ml, myoglobin 72.1-216.0 ng/ml, unfavourable course of postoperative period with development of small myocardial injuries is predicted.

EFFECT: use of present method enables prediction of onset of minor myocardial damage in 1st day after PCI and stenting coronary arteries, which enables timely therapeutic measures.
