FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to paediatric cardiology and infectious diseases, and can be used for assessing the risk of adverse outcomes of infectious myocardial injuries in children and adolescents. Age, gender, medical history, clinical signs, electrocardiographic, echocardiographic and biochemical indices are determined. Blood pressure (BP) is determined. Biochemical values are as follows: level of troponin I, antibodies to myocardium in blood serum. Cardiomyocyte cytolysis index (CCI) is calculated by the claimed formula. Further, the detected changes are assigned points. Obtained points are multiplied. That is followed by assessing the risk of adverse outcomes of myocardial infarction: 1 point - low, 2–4 points - average, 8–16 points - high, 32–64 points - very high degree of risk.
EFFECT: method provides establishing a degree of risk of adverse outcomes of infectious myocardial injuries - low, medium, high or very high - due to universality of studies for any infectious disease, accessibility of methods in daily practice both in out-patient and in hospital conditions, possibility of rapid prediction assessment.
