SUBSTANCE: the method deals with resecting cystic focus followed by defect's plasty with cortical allotransplants. Additionally, one should strengthen the top of cotyloid cavity due to introducing an osseous autotransplant upon muscular-vascular pedicle into supra-acetobular area horizontally from inside with possibility to provide fixation of its position due to vertically applied cortical allotransplants that strengthens the top of cotyloid cavity and prevents protrusion of patient's caput femoris.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
