FIELD: vibratory screening equipment for dispensing of hot agglomerate after baking in sinter machine.
SUBSTANCE: screen has casing with transverse beams, on which supporting members for fire grate plates are fixed. Fire grate plates are manufactured from rectangular sheets equipped with three rows of openings for fastening members, said openings being arranged in symmetry with respect to main axes of fire grate plates. Sheets are also equipped with through slots having widened side walls with inclination angle α of 1.5-5 deg. Fire grate plates are fixed on supporting members in overlapped relation with respect to one another on alternate transverse beam and are additionally secured with their mid portions to supporting members by means of fastening bolts.
EFFECT: simplified construction of fire grate plates, reduced manufacture and repair costs, and prolonged service life.
