SUBSTANCE: invention relates to phenylcyclohexane carboxylic acid substituted amides of the formula (I):

wherein A, D, E and G are similar or different and mean group CH or nitrogen atom; R1 means group CH2-OH or residue of the formula CO-NH2; R2 means alkyl comprising 1-8 carbon atoms that can be broken by oxygen atom, or piperazine comprising residue of the formula NR4 wherein R4 means hydrogen atom, alkyl comprising 1-6 carbon atoms, or cycloalkyl comprising 3-7 carbon atoms wherein alkyl comprising 1-8 carbon atoms can be broken by oxygen atom, substituted with 1-3 hydroxyl groups or residue of the formula -NR5R6 wherein R5 and R6 mean hydrogen atom, or in common with nitrogen atom form morpholine ring; R3 means phenyl ring, and their salts. Also, invention relates to a medicinal agent eliciting effect on inhibitory absorption of adenosine and based on these compounds. Invention provides preparing new compounds and medicinal agent based on thereof for aims treatment of the brain ischemic diseases.
