FIELD: city electrified transport; permanent way.
SUBSTANCE: proposed channel rail has U-shaped channel head with bearing cheeks and support-foot bases with cavities, and foot with bearing post provided with seat slots forming support-tenon joint. Channel head with bearing cheeks and support-foot base is made for fitting with centering on bearing post of foot to render side stability to support-foot base by means of two-side support-tenon joints owing to alignment of joints in width with rail foot. Channel head with bearing cheeks is installed on bearing post with displacement owing to fitting from three to five bolt fasteners in holes of members. First holes of antiskid bolts in bearing cheeks of head are arranged at smaller step distance from end face butt joints equal to unity. Said first holes in bearing post of foot are made with greater step distance from end face butt joints chosen from ratio three to one. Holes of bearing cheeks of bolt joint for transportation are made to align with said first holes with size equal to summary displacement of butt joints of channel head and foot.
EFFECT: improved operating conditions of city transport, increased reliability and carrying capacity of butt joint, reduced wear, noise in butt joints, sag of asphalt and ground, reduced cost of repair.
