FIELD: producing superconductors, superconducting compounds, and conductors on their base. SUBSTANCE: method is proposed for raising critical current of superconductor such as lead by doping it with elements. For doping use is made of elements which do not enter in reaction with superconductor, such as aluminum. Doping is effected by simultaneous spatial-shift spraying of superconductor base and doping element to obtain their nanodispersed state in low-pressure plasma and to ensure their joint deposition at temperature higher than 0.3 of superconductor melting point Tmut while maintaining nanodispersed state of doping element in base; joint deposition is effected in subatomicsize layers by sequential repeated crossing of plasma streams. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of process.
