FIELD: solid/liquid phase separation technology, in particular dehydration of various technological sludge.
SUBSTANCE: solid and liquid phase of water-saturated technological sludge are separated by introducing of hydrolyzed alumosilicates. Method includes predetermination of starting sludge pHs; and at 7 < pHs < 10 hydrolyzed alumosilicates with 2 < pH < 5 are introduced in amount sufficient to reduce pHs by 1-3 units; and at 4 < pHs < 7 hydrolyzed alumosilicates with 9 < pH < 12 are introduced in amount sufficient to increase Hs by 1-3 units. Hydrolyzed alumosilicates are introduced in form of aqueous slurry with 10-15 % of solid phase under pressure of 2-5 atm, and after 10-50 h weighting agent is added in form of aqueous slurry of clay sand and/or adobe containing solid phase in amount of 10-50 g/l of sludge. In preferable embodiment 0.5-3 mass % of two- or trivalent metal chloride or 1-3 mass % of iron and/or aluminum sulfate is additionally introduced into weighting agent slurry. To prepare aqueous slurry of hydrolyzed alumosilicates and weighting agent isolated sludge liquid phase is used. Method affords the ability to prepare separated phases with environmentally acceptable pH (6.5 < pH < 8.5).
EFFECT: method for solid/liquid phase separation of increased velocity.
