FIELD: production of sugar. SUBSTANCE: method involves pre-defecation, defecation and saturation of juice (recirculate being resaturated) and separation of precipitate. Mentioned above one-stepped saturation is carried out till pH 9.2-9.5 is produced, multiplicity of recirculation being 1:3-1:7. Resaturation takes place till pH 7.5-8.5 is produced, thus treated recirculate is mixed with defecated juice just before its saturation takes place.
