SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out typing peripheral blood lymphocytes by HLA-antigens of the first and the second class, namely: loci HLA - A and b, and loci HLA-DR, respectively. The presence of high risk for arising the Raynaud's syndrome is diagnosed in detecting at least one haplotype among A3B7, A2DR11, A2DR2, A2DR5. Method provides enhancing precision in diagnosis and possibility for evaluation of risk in disease development. Invention can be used for diagnosis of Raynaud's syndrome.
EFFECT: improved method for diagnosis.
