FIELD: medicine, immunogenetics, medicinal genetics.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out typing peripheral blood lymphocytes by HLA-antigens of the first and the second class, namely: loci HLA - A, B, and loci HLA-DR, respectively. Low risk for disease is diagnosed in detecting at least one antigen among A11, A19, A28, B12, B16, DR3. High risk for disease is diagnosed in detecting at least one antigen among B7, DR1, DR5. Method provides enhancing precision and possibility for evaluation of risk in disease development. Invention can be used in diagnosis of Raynaud's syndrome.
EFFECT: improved method for diagnosis.
