SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a diagnostic technique for Parkinson disease in the patients with olfactory dysfunction. The suffered acute respiratory viral infection accompanied by hyperthermia is followed by stating the olfactory dysfunction. An examination complex containing determining alleles IL-1β(-511) "2/2", "1/2", HLA-DRA rs3129882 SNP, higher induction of IL-iβ production, polysomnography findings is used. If observing a carriageship of alleles IL-lβ(-511) "2/2", "1/2", HLA-DRA rs3129882 SNP, higher serum cytokine production, REM-sleep behavioral disorder, in the patients with hypo or anosmia, Parkinson disease is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides diagnosing Parkinson disease at the early stages of the disease.
