FIELD: optics.
SUBSTANCE: device has transparent environment, wherein serially along movement of radiation following devices are mounted: separator of optical radiation in first channel of distribution of flow of optical radiation into second distribution channel, portion for coherent adding of radiation flows, passing through these channels. Relative phases displacement of radiations flows, passing through these two channels, is performed due to constant change of distance between input plane in optically into optically transparent environment and mirror-like reflecting radiation flow by element of second channel. In case if coherent adding of two co-directed and Doppler frequency displaced radiation flows energy of optical radiation flow is modulated in time and along its passing, and average energy through selected section is kept.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
