SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with sonographic control of pancreatic juice reflux into biliary ducts and cholecystic cavity to determine cholecystic volume both before and after stimulation of exocrine pancreatic function with 0.5%-hydrochloric acid solution at the quantity of 50 ml and according to increased cholecystic volume against initial values it is possible to conclude upon the presence of pancreatic-biliary reflux.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of detection.
