SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of organic chemistry and is intended for the treatment or prevention of functional disorders of the biliary tract. New compounds of general structural formula I and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are presented. In addition, a pharmaceutical composition, a medicinal product and a ready-made dosage form for the treatment or prevention of functional disorders of the biliary tract based on compounds presented by general formula I are described. Also, the group of inventions relates to the use of compounds of formula I for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition, a drug and a finished dosage form, and in addition, to their use for the treatment or prevention of functional disorders of the biliary tract.
