FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely abdominal, X-ray endovascular surgery, and can be used for preventing acute postoperative pancreatitis in patients with mechanical jaundice. It is followed by percutaneous transhepatic puncture of a segmental or subsegmental bile duct. Under X-ray television control, direct cholangiography is performed, a Teflon guide is placed, a stricture zone is recanalized by means of an X-ray contrast catheter placed above the zone of the greater duodenal papilla. 10–20 ml of the contrast agent is introduced bolus. Depending on visualization of contrast casting into the main pancreatic duct and / or in its absence, the drainage is installed suprapapillary or transpapillary or external cholangio-drainage is performed.
EFFECT: method provides reducing postoperative lethality, as well as the number of postoperative pancreatitis cases in patients with mechanical jaundice by assessing individual anatomical features of the greater duodenal papilla.
