SUBSTANCE: prior to contrasting the upper departments of gastro-intestinal tract in the course of ultrasound trial in a patient's horizontal back lying position one should fulfill the scanning of longitudinal section of intrapancreatic department of a common bile duct along with evaluation of initial echogeneity of its content, then, after the onset of contrast substance evacuation out of the stomach into duodenum it is necessary to put a patient for 10 min into Trendelenburg's position and onto a right side to return then a patient into initial position to carry out the repeated ultrasound scanning of longitudinal section of intrapancreatic department of a common bile duct to evaluate the echogeneity of its content, and at increased echogeneity of the content in the lumen of intrapancreatic department of a common bile duct against the initial state - one should detect the availability of duodenobiliary reflux, in case of no increase in the echogeneity of the content - one should detect the absence of duodenobiliary reflux. The innovation increases information value of diagnostics and decreases the degree of its invasiveness.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
