SUBSTANCE: method involves wetting grain to moisture content of 15-19.4%; forming batch of injured grain having weight of at least 50 t; processing formed grain batch with heat-air mixture for 1.5-5 s to provide for grain heating to temperature of 55-750C and cooling grain to temperature equal to environmental temperature.
EFFECT: improved quality of injured grain.
