FIELD: agriculture and flour-milling industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves spraying water into grain, with water being exposed to supersonic treatment in cavitational mode prior to spraying. Water may be aerated before being exposed to cavitational mode treatment. When oxygen saturated water is exposed to acoustic vibrations in cavitational mode, its physicochemical properties are sharply changed.
