FIELD: production of a combined material consisting of a polymer film and a substrate and used for carrying information.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with a method and a device used for production of a combined material consisting of at least one polymer film carrying information and at least one substrate and intended for the further treatment at preparation of documents protected from forgery. The method of production of the combined material provides for application by lamination of a substrate with adhesive on each side of a polymer film, which is exposed to an ultraviolet radiation to activate their cross-linking. In the capacity of the film carrying information they use a multilayer film, which consists of a polymer film carrying information, both sides of which are covered with reinforcing films. The multilayer film is delivered onto the first position of the treatment, on which before application of a substrate with glue on one of its sides they separate the reinforcing film from this side and after that expose to a ultraviolet radiation activating cross-linking on this side. The multilayer laminate produced on the first position of the treatment is delivered onto the second position of the treatment, on which from a polymer film carrying information separate the reinforcing film on its other side and then on this side a substrate with glue is applied by lamination and after that the polymer film is exposed to the ultraviolet radiation for activation of the cross-linking. The invention ensures in a continuous mode replacement of reinforcing films of the polymer films carrying information for the substrates with production of the combined laminates.
EFFECT: the invention ensures in a continuous mode production of the combined laminates.
