FIELD: process for creating identification marks protected against counterfeit and having color change effect created by means of magnetic clusters separated from mirror layer through transparent layer.
SUBSTANCE: identification marks protected against counterfeit according to method of invention include at least one layer reflecting electromagnetic waves, intermediate layer and layer having metallic clusters. Method comprises steps of applying on part of surface or on the whole surface layer reflecting electromagnetic waves; then applying on the part of surface and (or) on the whole surface one or several optically transparent polymeric layers of predetermined thickness; applying on intermediate optically transparent layer(s) metallic cluster containing layer. The last layer is formed by means of vacuum technology process or it is formed with use of solvent-base system.
EFFECT: possibility for forming identification marks protected against counterfeit on flexible materials, protection realized due to visible machine-readable change of color at different view points (inclination effect).
