FIELD: vegetable raw technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for preparing the pectin preparation. Method involves milling and mixing sunflower heads and citrus husks taken by the mass ratio from 1:9 to 9:1, hydrolysis-extraction of mixture, separation of a liquid phase and isolation of the end product from its. Before mixing the raw is extracted with ethyl acetate and liquid carbon dioxide successively and prepared solid phase is mixed and subjected for hydrolysis-extraction in direct current and in countercurrent successively with intermediate squeezing. Water is used as an extractant at stage of countercurrent process, and acid is added at stage of direct current that is added to extract separated after countercurrent stage. The end product is isolated from a liquid phase separated after direct current stage of process. Invention provides enhancing quality of the end product.
