FIELD: instrument industry.
SUBSTANCE: pickup has housing provided with a cylindrical chamber filled with two immiscible liquids of different densities. The ultrasonic emitter and receivers are mounted to form 45o with the plane of the housing base. The interface between liquids is used as the ultrasound reflector. The emitter is connected with the output of amplifier. The receivers are connected with the units for preliminary processing of signal. The outputs of the units are connected with the inputs of the amplitude detectors. The outputs of the amplitude detectors are connected with the inputs of differential amplifier.
EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of measurements.
