FIELD: mechanical engineering; threaded joints of steel pipes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed threaded joint has pin and sleeve which can be connected to each other. Layer of porous zinc or zinc alloy is applied by method or relief application as lower layer. Solid lubricating film containing lubricating powder in organic or inorganic binder, or liquid lubricating film free from heavy metal powder, for instance, liquid film formed by highly basic organic salt of metal, such as highly basic sulfonate. Films used as upper layer are provided on part with thread and metal contact plain part or on pin, or sleeve. Threaded joint provides adequate resistance to binding, corrosion resistance and air tightness, even after exposure to action of high temperature. It provides possibility of repeated tightening and screwing out in hot oil well without use of composite grease containing heavy metal powder.
