SUBSTANCE: hard lubrication coating obtained on contact surface of threaded joint for pipes includes a matrix of polymer containing lubricating oil. Polymer containing lubricating oil is characterised either with homogeneous composition, or with gradient composition, at which concentration of lubricating oil decreases at approximation to contact surface, and at which lubricating oil is generally absent bear the contact surface. Threaded joint manufacturing methods are described.
EFFECT: higher reliability of threaded joint.
