FIELD: threaded connections, particularly screw-threaded joints.
SUBSTANCE: treaded connection formed on pin and sleeve has contact surface including threaded parts and nonthreaded metal contact part. Solid lubricating film including lubricating powder, for instance molykote and organic or inorganic binding material is created on contact surface of at least one of the components, namely on pin or sleeve. Percentage of area covered with secondary lubricating powder particles having equivalent diameters of 15-60 μm in transversal section of solid lubricating film in thickness direction is 5-90%. In one embodiment fibrous filler, for instance, inorganic substance of filamentary crystal form is added to lubricating powder to create lubricating mix, wherein mass ratio between the filler and the binding agent is 0.01-0.5.
EFFECT: increased wear resistance at high temperatures and air-tightness without composite lubricant grease application, increased reliability.
