FIELD: construction engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to protect inner surfaces of pipelines from deposits and corrosion. According to proposed method, lining thin-walled tubular envelope is made with outer diameter equal to inner diameter of pipeline by winding continuous fiber filler onto rotating cylindrical mandrel in two or three layers with angle of winding from 120 to 125 degrees. Fiber filler is impregnated with epoxy binder with hardening agent, ratio of mass of filler and binder from 30:70 to 50:50, with subsequent thermal hardening and cooling of ready article. Envelope in deformed state, being V-shaped in cross section or trifoliate shape, is driven into part of pipeline to be protected and is pressed to inner surface of pipeline by delivering heat carrier. Binder used for protection of pipeline contains, mass %: 50-70% of epoxy resin, 30-50% of oligoester urethane diepoxide and stoichiometric amount of amine or anhydride type hardener.
EFFECT: improved reliability of pipeline.
