METHOD FOR ESTIMATION OF CONDITION OF FOUNDATIONS OF VARIOUS PURPOSE Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2248590 C1

FIELD: civil engineering.

SUBSTANCE: depending on the volume configuration of the foundation, the points of measurement, time moments and frequency bands are preset. Then, in the preset points the physical quantity sensors are installed. The parameters of atmospheric pressure are used as measured physical quantities, and seismic vibrations registered in each preset point during the seance of observations in the X-, Y-, Z- coordinates are used as a response of the foundation to the actions of atmospheric pressure. After that the values of the coherence function are calculated in pairs for records of seismic vibrations in the registration coordinates in a window sliding in time of the observation seance. Then, the distributions of the values of the coherence function are formed for the upper, lover edges and the middle of the preset measurement frequency band, and the characteristic values of these distributions are determined. At the same time the parameters of atmospheric pressure are determined according to the records of atmospheric pressure during the observation seance, and comparing the data in the preset time moments, the condition of the foundations of the structure under examination is estimated according to the variation of the values of the characteristic values of seismic vibrations.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of estimation of the condition of the building foundations.
