FIELD: transport engineering; mirrors.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heated mirrors used in automobiles and providing safety on the road, and it can be used on vehicles of all types and as mirror heating panels for heating of rooms. According to invention, heated mirror contains glass backing to rear part of which reflecting layers of aluminum is applied, and electronic contacts are installed. Reflecting layer is made of aluminum, thickness 100-300 nm, and aluminum oxide barrier layer, thickness 2-3 nm, is additionally applied to reflecting layer. Current-carrying layer made of tin oxide, thickness 150-250 nm, is located on barrier layer and contacts are arranged on current-carrying layer.

EFFECT: provision of heated mirror with high values of reflection coefficient.
