FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: heated mirror comprises glass substrate with its rear side accommodating 50-60 nm-thick layer of titanium oxide, 55-65 nm-thick layer of aluminium oxide, reflecting 100-300 nm-thick layer of aluminium and barrier 2-3 nm-thick layer o aluminium oxide. Tin oxide 150-250 nm-thick current conducting layer is arranged on said barrier layer. Electric contacts are made on said current conducting layer.
EFFECT: higher coefficient of reflection in visible spectrum.
