FIELD: sportive exercising equipment, in particular, improvement of basketball equipment for working out of ball throws into basket.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has elastic member provided with holder and adapted for putting onto head, rod located in holder and provided with sighting member. Apparatus may be additionally provided with set of elastic sealing members disposed in holder inner cavity so as to change position of rod. Rod is equipped with dimension notches and is made L-shaped at its end opposite to end, which is contacting with holder. Sighting member is equipped with opening and may be regulated depending upon sportsman's anthropometric data.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness of throws at baskets owing to possibility of regulation of sighting member.
