The device has sampling member, by-pass pipeline for branching the flow, and mixer. The mixer is mounted on the horizontal section of the pipeline between the inlet of the by-pass pipeline and its outlet for homogenizing the flow branch, which does not flow through the by-pass pipeline.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of sampling.
